Northwest Surgery Center offers a fully equipped operating room with the capability of performing many types of surgical and diagnostic procedures. Northwest Surgery Center was constructed to to meet all State and National codes for operating rooms.

This brochure contains important information that will ensure your safety, comfort and help you return to normal activities. Please read it carefully. bulletOur surgery center allows you to be back in your home within a few short hours.  No long delays-- we gaurantee it.  When surgery is indicated, we offer excellent surgical care in a safe friendly atmosphere.

Please Remember...

1. Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the day before surgery.

2. Make prior arrangements for transportation home.

3. Arrive at Northwest Surgery Center promptly, a full 30 minutes before your time of surgery.

4. Dress casually and bring or wear shorts, and bring no valuables.

5. If you become ill prior to surgery, call your physician immediately.

6. If you have any questions; call Northwest Surgery Center (316-3700) or (742-4983).
